Our advice is based on years of commercial experience dealing with a wide variety of business situations including many of those which currently face Irish businesses struggling for survival. The firm has extensive experience in dealing with reorganisations and reconstructions. Where it is not possible to salvage a business, the partners have acted as liquidator in both court appointed liquidations under the supervision of the High Court and creditors voluntary liquidations. These assignments require the ability to act quickly in order to ensure that the assets of the company are safeguarded and then to act commercially in obtaining the best prices available in the market place. Recent assignments include printing industry, construction industry, food and beverage and hotel and leisure sectors.

The firm has extensive experience in dealing with financial institutions on behalf of clients who are in financial distress or otherwise insolvent. We have established excellent working relationships with many of the key bodies dealing with insolvency and bankruptcy including the Examiners Office of the High Court and the Official Assignee in bankruptcy. This places the firm in an excellent position to provide individuals with advice on the new personal insolvency regulatory regime in Ireland.
